FSAdvisor brings you another free software for the protection of your secret / confidential files. File Secrets is a light weight and very effective security tool for your highly confidential files. This freeware is designed to protect your important file from the unauthorized access.
Install this application to your computer system. Run this application. click on the browse button as shown in above picture. Select your desired file or folder you want to keep secret from other's access. After you have selected your desired file/folder click the add button just below the browse button. Under the action tab you can choose any option like
Deny Access to File or Folder
Deny Modify to File or Folder
Hide The File or Folder
After this just click on the OK button and thats all.
Whenever you have to access the protected file / folder. Right Click on that file / folder and click Allow Access as shown in the image

After this you will be prompted to a window asking for the password. You will be granted an access to the folder provided that you enter the correct password.
