Software to capture Screenshots for Window 7 / Vista / XP

FS ADVISOR Today while surfing internet, I was encountered against a software that allows you to capture perfect quality screenshots . It is a freeware, free of spams, virus, and no adware, completely free. This software also handles the problems, as Aero semi transparent windows background, rounded corners etc...
Note the difference
This screenshot contains corners .. that doesn't look god.... corners are not rounded and background image is visible through the title bar of window
The screenshot captured captured below is captured through CAPTURE 7 and is amazing, corners are transparent and rounded. and background image is also removed.
